Just everything was perfect.
Paul, Andrew and the whole staff were so very respectful to us through the whole experience. They basically took care of every detail apart from the bookmarks and video that my daughter wanted to make for her Nan. On the day the respect they showed for mum and stopping in front of her coffin each time they went past was beautiful.
